Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hydration experience, but if you're not satisfied, you can return your unused air up® products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, fragrance pods can only be returned if the original packaging remains completely sealed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unused bottle and sealed pod packs into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
